MANAGING CASH FLOW
In times of fluctuating revenues, it's critical for small businesses to carefully manage their cash flow to meet their financial obligations and to reduce stress levels.
In this webinar, we will provide practical information on effective cash flow management in times of financial crisis. You will gain the knowledge and tools to build a perpetual thirteen-week cash flow plan for your business, using Microsoft Excel. This plan is a multi-sheet Excel workbook and report for your business that draws on worksheets including your anticipated cash/credit sales, fixed payment overheads, the accounts payable ledger, the accounts receivable ledger and capital flow expectations. You will receive a series of practical resources to help you build your cash flow plan at your own pace.
Additional time at the end of the webinar will be used for discussion and answering questions.
You will need access to the Internet to participate.
In this one hour webinar, you will be provided information and templates to help you take stock of your situation and suitable strategies to respond to business impacts of COVID-19.
