First Aid / CPR Training

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ORDER FORM

TAFE Queensland has partnered with your employer to deliver First Aid and or CPR training to staff at UnitingCare Queensland and BlueCare.
To receive the special price and for your employer to be invoiced the below form must be completed fully with the correct information.
Please do not click on the "Apply Now" button on the TAFE website as you will be enrolled as a Mainstream student and you will be responsible for the course fees at the standard rate. If you speak with one of our Customer Service Representatives please advise you are employed with UnitingCare Queensland or BlueCare.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Complete the below Expression of Interest Form (this is not your confirmed enrolment, this is an expression of interest only)
A TAFE QLD Team member will contact you to confirm the date of training and to collect your Application (this includes your ID and your Personal Details)
You will then be enrolled and emailed a Confirmation of Enrolment with instructions on attending the training. There is pre reading for First Aid that must be completed prior to coming to class.
You cannot attend training without a Confirmation of Enrolment

TAFE QLD requires a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice to confirm availability of dates. *this service is not available Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

If booking less than a group of 10 people, the training will be held at a TAFE campus.
