About the Queensland Future Skills Partnership

The Queensland Future Skills (QFS) is a partnership between BHP Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA), TAFE Queensland, and CQUniversity Australia. Through significant consultation with Expert Working Groups and industry subject matter experts since the launch in March 2020, the partnership has developed a Qualification Framework that provides foundation skills and career pathways for autonomous technologies and Industry 4.0 training.

To support the future demand of work skills, the Department of Employment, Small Business and Training (DEBST) has recently approved funding for the NAT10935 Certificate II in Autonomous Technologies to be delivered as a pilot for up to 90 students.
