With memberships starting at $7.95 a week and PT sessions only $7.50 per session, you'll wish you joined us sooner. 

Memberships for the public $9.95** a week, and memberships for QLD students* $7.95** a week gives you access to an extensive range of cardio and weight equipment including:

  • Multiple deadlift platforms, benches and squat racks
  • Huge range of pin and plate loaded machines
  • Stationary bikes, treadmills, rowers, assault bike, ski erg and elliptical machines
  • A dedicated training area with battle ropes, sled, tyres and more
  • One-on-one personal training for $7.50 per session (we're not kidding)
  • A growing range of group fitness classes
  • Nutritional advice
  • Lockers and shower facilities
  • We include a number of free assessments and programs as part of your membership. You can discuss details with our team.

Group Fitness Class Descriptions

H.I.I.T stands for High Intensity Interval Training. In a HIIT class you will be expected to perform cardio exercises to your maximum effort for a short duration of time (usually 10-45 seconds) followed by a short rest period. This is repeated with the same or different exercises.

Yoga offers the benefits of strength, flexibility and a balance in mind, body and breath. Helping to create a calm, peaceful and relaxed mind. Yoga improves joint flexibility, and enhances balance, coordination and posture through a series of diverse poses.

Boxing Fitness: boxers are some of the fittest people on the planet. Learn techniques, combinations, agility, and strength and have some fun. If you want to be fit and empowered then this is the class for you.

Spin classes consist of a group of people on stationary bikes who pedal together with the aid of our instructor at the front of the class. Perfect for weight loss and fitness stamina, whilst working the leg muscles to add strength and tone. 

Pilates mat consists of about 500 separate exercises designed to strengthen and lengthen all major muscle groups. It’s similar to yoga, but Pilates is focused on relaxing tense muscles.

Boxing Bootcamp is a high-intensity fitness class that combines boxing, strength, and functional exercises to provide a well-rounded work out. The class is designed to leave you feeling sweaty and strong by working on your cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and overall fitness.

Sweat is a high-intensity fitness class that combines weight training, bodyweight exercises, and functional movements to provide a challenging and effective workout. Join us for a Sweat class and experience a challenging and effective workout that will help you achieve your fitness goals!

Public memberships
Pay fortnightly via direct debit $20.82 (plus one-off administration fee @ $12)

Students, Staff and Staff family memberships
Pay fortnightly via direct debit $16.64 (plus one-off administration fee @ $12) 

Included:

  • Access Card
  • Free Fitness Assessment & Basic Exercise Program – with one of our student personal trainers (overseen by our qualified staff)
  • Group Fitness Classes
  • No cancellation fees (14-day notice period required after minimum term)
  • Minimum 2 weeks, maximum 6 weeks membership suspension allowed

* To be eligible for student membership a current TAFE Queensland student (digital) ID card is required upon application.
** Fortnightly memberships include a 4.6% direct debit processing fee
*** Missed payment incur a $14.95 penalty fee

Personal Training

One-on-one personal training for $7.50 per session. Ask our staff for current trainer availability. Alternatively, you could sign up for our 6 week (12 session), personal training pack.                        

*Limited times of availability each term.
